The Terrifying Wizard: The Full Story
In a distant village nestled between towering mountains and massive trees, there lived a tribe called "Al-Nawaa," most of whom made their living through farming and fishing along the coast. Everyone lived in peace and safety, except for an old wizard who hated the village and its people. He would constantly harm them, leaving them in peace only until the time of harvesting their crops. Then, he would perform his dangerous magical acts and destroy everything. If they wished to live in peace, they had to give him half of everything they gathered. He was exploitative and oppressive to the weak villagers.

One morning, as the wizard was waiting for his usual share, the villagers agreed that this time they would not give him anything and that they would protect their crops themselves. The wizard, hearing this, was filled with anger. He waited until nightfall, cast his spells again, and made all the men fall asleep. He then destroyed half of their crops as a warning. He left the other half and ordered them in the morning to give it to him. Despite the villagers’ fear, and the fact that an elderly man died of a heart attack after being shocked by what he saw, they remained firm and refused his offer.
Everyone expected the wizard to destroy the rest of the crops, but the old wizard had another idea. He thought deeply and began targeting the young children at night. One dark night, an eight-year-old child went out to call his father for dinner but never returned. The villagers began searching for him and soon realized that this was the work of the old wizard. They went to his house, and the father begged the wizard to release his son. However, it was too late. The old man had killed the child and drained his blood to use in his dark magic. He hung the child’s body in the forest and told the villagers to go there to find him.
When they reached the forest, they were horrified by the sight of the poor child, who had fallen victim to the wizard's tyranny.
The villagers turned to the police for help. Two officers went to keep watch over the wizard, but by morning, the villagers found them dead and hanging in front of the wizard’s house.
News of the terrifying old wizard spread far and wide until it reached a man who had studied with the same wizard many years ago. They had both learned magic together—one used his knowledge to help and heal people, while the other, the old wizard, had exploited it to harm and frighten them.
When the good wizard heard about his old friend’s descent into evil, he decided to put an end to his tyranny and cruelty. He went to confront the wicked wizard and began casting spells to stop him. But it was not going to be easy; the evil wizard was extremely powerful and began to take control of the battle. However, the good wizard had anticipated this. He arrived with his students, fellow wizards, to support him. In the end, the tyrant wizard was defeated, and his reign of terror came to an end.
From that day on, the people of "Al-Nawaa" lived in peace and security once again, and joy returned to their hearts.
